Students from Grades 1 to 12 are eligible to participate; however, specific event categories may have different grade-level requirements. Please refer to the event guidelines for detailed specifications on eligibility per event.
The required student-to-teacher ratio is 10 students: 1 teacher.
All schools must submit their completed registration forms by January 5, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
We will provide Stage and sound setup, Canvases (for art-related competitions)& Computers with editing software (Adobe)
Participants are responsible for bringing all necessary materials, including: Art supplies (paints, brushes, etc.), instruments, props, costumes, electronic components and other event-specific requirements
Any form of plagiarism, copying, or unethical conduct will result in immediate disqualification from the competition.
Participants must demonstrate respectful and appropriate behaviour throughout the event. Foul language, inappropriate actions, or disruptive conduct will lead to disqualification from the event.
Judges' Decision: The decision of the judges is final and binding
Use of Aerosol Paints: The use of aerosol paints (spray paints) is prohibited for any competition.
Event Modifications: Oasis International School, Bangalore reserves the right to make any necessary changes or amendments to the event details. The school also reserves the right to determine eligibility and participation as deemed appropriate.
Social Media Coverage: The event will be covered across Oasis International School’s social media platforms and websites. By participating, students and teachers consent to the use of photographs, videos, and other media for promotional purposes.
Special Accommodations: If any participant requires special accommodations (such as for disabilities or medical conditions), please inform the event organizers in advance so that necessary arrangements can be made.
